Hotel Imperial was formerly known as Sheraton Imperial. It is founded, and is pretty good place for entertainment in the evenings when they are ready. The hotel is located next to Heritage Row. The room could be a little worn at the Hotel Nova, but the standard is still there. Hotel Imperial certainly cost more.
Nova Hotel is relatively new in town and is located directly behind the Pavilion, one of the largest and newest shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur. How new is probably the best choice for those who prefer clean, but the spirit which is below the Imperial Hotel. Smaller rooms not only that, but the size of the entire hotel. In the field of location intelligence, the Nova Hotel is a wiser choice.
Just a personal opinion. My idea of the small may be different from your idea of the small size.
