BMW fuel pump, help me loosen the bracing ring please.? - bmw ring taxi
I need to replace one of the fuel pump 330Ci 2001. Does anybody know how the ring at the top of the tank, pump, release the container? It has some sections that you can meet and perhaps make the rotation of the ring, but want to make sure that this is the way to relax. All links on this page?

The proper way to remove it is a special tool that has several plants that fit into the holes in the big ring / nut to use.
It can also be carried out, not put a piece of wood or plastic into the holes of the ring from behind and beat, preferably with a hammer (metallic).
