Registry Mechanic License Recommendation On A Good Anti-spyware/registry Cleaner?

Recommendation on a good anti-spyware/registry cleaner? - registry mechanic license

I used PC Tools Spyware Doctor and Registry Mechanic, but the license has expired on those two and not a discount for both programs.

Can you tell me something so good for me to achieve today? I'm looking for protection against spyware, malware, etc.

I'm not always locked into a registry cleaner, but I would like.

BTW, I use the free version of AVG update, so I feel like I'm on the front cover anti-virus.
